First established in 1970 by Mervin and Pauline Bascik with one truck transporting products around Christcurch.

Over the years they mainly operated as a local company until deregulation of the industry enabled them to transport further afield.

In 1988 a base was established in Auckland to cater for a market keen to transport fragile freight to the South Island.

In 1989 their son Tony joined them. After Mervin passed away in 2000, Tony decided to provide Managed Warehousing and Container Transport to the wide range of services already provided.
